Our Mission
United Resource Project INC (URP) is committed to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability throughout Hampton Roads through low-barrier temporary shelter support, outreach initiatives, essential needs assistance, and community resource connection. URP works to reduce barriers to support while promoting stability, safety, wellness, and opportunities for long-term self-sufficiency through compassionate, community-centered assistance and collaborative partnerships.
