Our mission is to help reduce barriers that prevent vulnerable individuals from accessing support while promoting stability, safety, wellness, and opportunities for long-term self-sufficiency through compassionate, community-centered assistance and collaborative partnerships.

Through low-barrier emergency shelter support, outreach initiatives, and essential needs assistance, URP works to help individuals access immediate support while connecting them to valuable community resources and opportunities for long-term stability.
We understand that every individual’s situation is different. Many people facing homelessness encounter barriers that make it difficult to access traditional support systems, including financial hardship, lack of transportation, mental health challenges, or limited access to basic necessities. URP works to reduce those barriers by providing compassionate support, resource connections, and outreach efforts designed to meet individuals where they are.
